About the Role

Al Mazaya Holidays is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Senior Marketing & Tourism Executive to expand our travel business across Oman and the GCC. If you’re passionate about tourism, sales, and creating memorable travel experiences, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies.
• Promote domestic, GCC, and international holiday packages.
• Manage corporate travel accounts.
• Design customized travel itineraries.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel partners.
• Build long-term client relationships.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Represent the company at travel exhibitions and business events.

Candidate Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry.
• Strong knowledge of GCC and international destinations.
• Experience in corporate travel and holiday package sales.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong planning and problem-solving abilities.
