Cancellations & Refunds
Yes. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Cancellation charges may apply depending on the airline, hotel, tour operator, and booking conditions.
Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–30 business days, depending on the policies of airlines, hotels, payment providers, and other suppliers.
Travel Preparation
We recommend booking several weeks or months in advance, especially during peak travel seasons, school holidays, and public holidays.
Travel insurance is not mandatory for every destination but is highly recommended. Some countries require valid travel insurance as part of the visa application process.
