Travel Consultant / Travel Operations Executive

Job Summary
Al Mazaya Holidays is looking for an experienced and passionate Travel Consultant / Travel Operations Executive to join our team in Muscat. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in travel operations, itinerary planning, flight reservations, visa processing, hotel bookings, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Design domestic and international holiday packages.
- Prepare detailed travel itineraries.
- Handle flight ticket bookings and rebookings using GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.).
- Process tourist visas and maintain visa documentation.
- Coordinate hotel reservations, airport transfers, sightseeing, and transportation.
- Handle Umrah, Hajj, and leisure travel bookings.
- Provide travel advice and destination information.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with clients.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, DMCs, and travel partners.
- Deliver excellent customer service before, during, and after travel.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry.
- Strong knowledge of international destinations and holiday planning.
- Experience with flight ticketing and GDS systems.
- Knowledge of tourist visa procedures.
- Experience in hotel bookings and tour operations.
- Good communication skills in English (Hindi, Tamil, or Arabic is an advantage).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email communication.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Qualifications
